(UpVery.com) Jan 4, 2010 -- Just commented that IsoHunt was in trouble, adding to cases that we saw in this year as the sentence The Pirate Bay or Mininova becoming legal. But although the picture looks dark for BitTorrent and P2P in general, the reality is totally different. An example is uTorrent, which reached 52 million unique users per month.

News speculated that this method of sharing content could disappear, due to the popularity of sites like Hulu or YouTube, but the numbers prove otherwise uTorrent. He finished 2008 and was used by 28 million people, and by November of 2009 nearly doubled that figure, showing sustained growth.

Far from resting on its laurels, 2010 will bring innovations in this application, like the already released video streaming and future tools for owners of torrent sites to promote their own material in the program. Logically, the industry will try to impose its business base closure trackers, agreements and disconnects users, but today, that battle seems lost.
