Apple wants to avoid that the programmers take advantage of geographical location information of its users to display related advertisements. A message came to the programmers in the form of advice says that the characteristics of their applications based on user location information should be used to provide beneficial: they should not, in any case, based only on display advertising. If this happens, the application will be returned to the review team before returning to the App Store.

Personally, I think there is nothing better than custom ads. If an application or website ads must use at least show me more ads that might interest me, which are closer to me or that match my tastes and interests. Will you check those Apple ads after buying the company's Quattro Wireless last month?

It is true that they are necessary applications based solely on advertising by location, but how Apple will handle and decide if the applications are really useful or merely advertising?
