(UpVery.com) Feb 8, 2010 -- Every time I analyze the phenomenon iPad we tend to compare things that already exist, mainly with an iPhone or iPod Touch enlarged by their similarities in hardware and operating system, so you may never see what it means for those living outside the Apple ecosystem, that is, those who never have owned any device touch the block, and therefore have no experience with its platform and applications.

This thought runs through my head for a few days since my iPhone 3GS unfortunately stopped working and there is no official Apple service in my country who can take charge of the fault. I sold the iPhone to someone who says it can repair it, so I'm debating between the purchase of another like it, the sweet wait until the announcement of a new iPhone, or try an Android phone. The latter option always saw far because in my opinion, the Android platform is now very good but lacks the required thrust for developers to take seriously, and therefore I would not be able to enjoy many of the applications already available for the iPhone OS. These utilities are divided between work and a large and growing list of games.

But with the iPad being seen on the horizon, using the Android platform on my phone no longer seems so great a loss, because I will soon have a device that will run iPhone OS applications faster and at a larger monitor currently on an iPhone or iPod Touch. And this combination seems to fit very well: games, one point where it loses more strongly Android against iPhone, it will look further into the iPad. On the other hand, applications everyday that can not be truly effective in the iPad gradually are taken by the Google platform.

Do not get me wrong, I adored my iPhone and possibly buy a new one if the conditions are right, but with evolving Android mobile good speed and getting better, my opinion is that for those who never experienced with Apple's Touch Platform, the iPad would a great way to go, with almost the same features as an iPhone, and freedom of traders and good price for an iPod Touch.
