(UpVery.com) Feb 9, 2010 -- Much is being talked about lately HTML5, just post a few days ago published on a video player created entirely on the fifth revision of one of the most used language on the WWW. Well today I will speak again of HTML5 and another example that shows this has nothing to envy to Flash.

This time the example is called Sketchpad and a drawing program, very similar to Windows Paint, just that this is in the cloud and carried out entirely in HTML5. Features of Sketchpad found a fairly complete panel with basic drawing tools, supports gradients and patterns, and history has other options panel typical of this type of program.

While it is true that Sketchpad leaves something to be desired if we buy it with a behemoth like Photoshop or Gimp graphics, the reality is that this is a drawing program completely done in HTML5 which serves as an example of the power of that language. Normally this type of application is made in Flash but perhaps in the not too distant future that will change and HTML5 his place. Terms more or less as in the post about SublimeVideo: every time I have more clear that HTML5 will replace it on the web to Flash in many areas, eg in the field of online video players and also in the creation of various programs.
